2019 Ningbo Real Estate Summit Forum Held
 
        2019 Ningbo Real Estate Summit Forum was held on the afternoon of Jan.10. It was sponsored by Ningbo Real Estate Association and the Forum invited experts in the line of real estate and related fields to exchange views on industry innovation and industrial development. Shen Hao, Party Member and Chief Engineer of Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Xu Zhongyong, President of Ningbo Real Estate Association, Chen Hecan, Executive Vice President and General Secretary of Ningbo Real Estate Association, and more than 300 representatives of real estate developers and brokerage enterprises all over the country participated in the Forum. The Forum was presided over by Ms. Shi Guozhen, former Chief Editor of China Construction Daily ?China Housing.
        According to Xu Zhongyong, President of Ningbo Real Estate Association and General Manager of Ningbo Jiaotong Real Estate Company, Ningbo’s economy develops very fast, which has leaped to be one of the top cities in China. The total GDP of Ningbo has exceeded trillion yuan last year, and Ningbo has won the honors of the Happiest City of China for nine times, some of which are certainly contributed by the real estate industry.
        Liu Hongyu, Director of Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, made the keynote report of "Real Estate Macro Situation: Policy and Market Trend", analyzing three respects as the current situation and characteristics of the real estate market, the future policy trend and the future development. He pointed out that the future policy trend of the real estate market is to adhere to the market orientation and build the housing system with Chinese characteristics, and to adhere to the orientation of "people buy the house to live in instead of making money by frequently buying and selling and making profits", and housing system might be established by multi-channel supply, multi-channel security and the housing can be obtained by both renting and purchasing.
        About the heated topic of Will the Real Estate Tax Be Charged Or Not, Liu Hongyu said at the scene that we should consider the impact of real estate tax on the market, such as the impact on housing prices, market stability and the desire and willingness to buy housing. Real estate tax should not affect housing prices too much and it should not influence people’s willingness to own a house either. He believed that "The reason of not execution of Real Estate Tax up till now is because uniformed concept has not come into being."
        Sun Juan, President of China Urban Planning and Design Institute, Shanghai Branch, made the keynote report of "Suggestions for Ningbo's Real Estate Development in the Context of New Age and Transitional Development". President Sun elaborated the suggestions from three respects such as Ningbo's strategic plan for urban development, the trend of social demand transformation and the development proposals for Ningbo's real estate industry. President Sun believes that the characteristics of urban development under the background of new urbanization are slowing down, but superior in quality and with diversified motives. In the future, the informationization level, internationalization degree, human charm and ecological environment of the city will become the new driving force of urban development.
        In terms of suggestions for Ningbo's urban development, President Sun made suggestions from four aspects: ecological space, humanistic space, value space and innovation space. She pointed out that the supply of real estate in the new era should conform to the new transformation of social demand. It should lead the urban transformation and development mode, change the thinking of building and selling houses, and create a new beautiful way of life and provide people with diversified and high-quality living space.
        At the Forum, Real estate industry pioneering projects of 2018 were awarded by Ningbo Real Estate Association, including: 9 hot-selling buildings, 30 excellent brokerage outlets, 30 excellent managers, 100 excellent brokers, 5 excellent appraisal enterprises, and 10 excellent registered real estate appraisers.
